Cold Front Music is an independent music label, live entertainment agency, and brand based in Northern Virginia — right outside Washington, D.C. — and serving clients across the United States. Founded and owned by award-winning Saxophonist Tony Craddock, Jr., Cold Front Music specializes in providing smooth, uplifting, and dynamic music for weddings; Christian and corporate events; and top jazz festivals and venues. The label’s music releases have been featured on The Weather Channel, Sirius XM, Music Choice, and 70+ jazz radio stations worldwide.
Cold Front Music is committed to ushering an uplifting breeze of inspiration into the mind and spirits of listeners, the same way a cold front uplifts warm air. The concept for Cold Front Music bridges the dual passions that Tony has for music and weather, which date back to his days as a kid listening to smooth jazz in the background of The Weather Channel’s “Local on the 8s” forecast segments.

The Cold Front Music Festival features artists who uplift listeners through their dynamic and soulful sounds. The inaugural festival streamed online from October 22-24, 2021. The event is currently 100% virtual and hosted by the independent music label, Cold Front Music, LLC, which was founded by jazz/gospel saxophonist & recording artist Tony Craddock, Jr.
The festival is on-hold while Tony and the Cold Front Music Team manage other projects, but please stay tuned for more information!

TONY CRADDOCK, JR.
As a young kid listening to The Weather Channel’s smooth jazz, Tony was so inspired that he took up the saxophone – a passion that's led him to record three albums and work with genre greats Kirk Whalum and Ken Navarro. His music airs on Sirius XM Radio, Music Choice, The Weather Channel and over 70 radio stations worldwide. After earning a degree in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University, he founded the independent music label Cold Front Music in 2011 to usher a breeze of inspiration into the minds and spirits of listeners.
LISA MCCLENDON
Lisa McClendon is an international award-winning singer/songwriter, who's received both Dove and Stellar Award nominations, and Grammy® Award recognition. She uses her pen and her voice to inspire greatness in people through her music, books and speaking, which she refers to simply as "conversations."
KEN NAVARRO
Guitarist and composer Ken Navarro has created an inspiring 26-album catalog of diverse music that appeals to a wide range of listeners, while notching numerous Top 5 hits at national radio along the way. Navarro's release Dreaming of Trains was pre-nominated for the Grammy® awards in two categories and his 2014 album Ruby Lane spent four months in the Top 10 at national smooth jazz radio, streaming outlets, iTunes and Amazon. His latest releases include Music For Guitar and Orchestra (2018), Into The Light (2020), which reached #1 on the smooth jazz radio charts, and I Will Still Be Here (2021).
DANIEL WEATHERSPOON
Grammy® Award-winning producer and jazz recording artist Daniel Weatherspoon – whose client roster includes Janet Jackson, Beyoncé, Carl Thomas and Bebe & Cece Winans – brings forth music from his #1 Billboard Jazz debut album The Langley Park Project and the follow-up album Journey, from which the lead single “Lights Out” broke into Top 100 at jazz radio! Currently, Daniel is touring with the legendary group Maze featuring Frankie Beverly as its newest member.
CHAN HALL
William "Chan" Hall is a smooth jazz recording artist based in Richmond, Virginia who is influenced by jazz greats Herbie Hancock, Brian Culbertson, Marcus Johnson, Bob Baldwin, and Joe Sample. The Wilson, North Carolina native has released four albums, including 2015’s Musical Addiction, which garnered airplay in the U.S., Europe and Australia, and the brand new 2021 release SOMETHIN’ 2 PROVE with the sparkling assistance of guest artists Bill McGee (trumpet) and saxophonists Chris Sclafani, Tony Craddock, Jr., and Marcus Anderson.
